Paula's areas of expertise include curriculum, instruction and assessment along with communications, staff training, strategic planning, team building and leadership development.
As a practitioner and change agent, Paula guides stakeholders through team building, goal setting and planning processes that culminate in productive practices and improved results for themselves and their organization.

Her professional career includes public and private school teaching and administration, K-12 through the graduate level, and she continues to apply that knowledge and experience as an independent consultant. Paula established the Hampton Alliance for Educational Excellence (HAEE), a nonprofit educational foundation that provides annual grants and incentives to teachers and students. Paula holds a Bachelor's and two Master's degrees from Duquesne University and a Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh.
